Resumes are divided up by the applicants primary desired area of ministry. The students are currently enrolled in one of several ARC Church Internships. They may be in their first of up to 3 years of Ministry Training, depending on the program they attend. You can use the links below to find candidates for the positions of need in your church. This is a great opportunity to begin the process of building relationship and possibly hiring the right person for your need. Some students will be ready for hire after this semester and others will need to finish another year or two of training. If you find a student of interest email their Director/Pastor, listed on their resume, for a reference on their current status and qualifications. There is also a link to email a person who will arrange an interview for you at the All Access Conference.
